Anyone else annoyed that Congress seems to have gotten more shit done in the last 2 weeks than it did all fucking year? It seems like every day something new is passed. For those out of the loop, heres what I remember: Repeal of Don't ask don't tell FDA empowerment bill Aid for 9/11 first responders And a whole bunch more I've forgotten. I don't know why they call it the "Lame Duck" period, as it seems politicians move more shit when they are about to get kicked out.
Forgot the nuclear arms treaty with Russia, that also got passed.
