So, I have seen a decent number of threads about normal food. Lets see some good after dinner treats.

Here's a no bake goodie my roommate got me hooked to (so courtesy to Kelly H.)

    ingredients:
    1 block cream cheese
    1 package oreos
1 package almond bark (chocolate or vanilla is fine)

Take the entire package of oreos and grind them into a fine oreo powder-mush, then mix them together with the cream cheese. Roll them into balls over a sheet of tin foil.
Microwave some almond bark until it melts and drizzle it over the top, coating the balls all the way around in a candy shell.
Wait until they dry, and consume.
    Makes lots.

Warning: do not eat more than three at a time or you will get very sick.

I made cake mix cookies today, quite simple

Cake Mix, of your choice (ignore the box instructions)
2 eggs (3 eggs for soft cookies)
    half cup of vegetable oil

Bake on 350 for 8 - 10 AND PRESTO cake mix cookies

Goldman actually found a good quick brownie recipe:

    4 tbsp flour
    4 tbsp sugar
    2 tbsp cocoa powder
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    2 tbsp water

Add all the ingredients in a bowl or mug, stir them up, and stick it in the microwave for a minute. If it's not solid enough, you can stick it back in the microwave for another 30 seconds or so, but don't overdo it.

Pour chocolate sauce over the top to make it like a Warm Delights brownie, or eat it plain.

I tend to cut the recipe in half and use a smaller bowl because unlike Goldman, I can't eat that much in one sitting.

If you want to see what happens when you eat more than 3, I'd be happy to help. I've had at least 6 in 15 minutes.

I can vouch for that recipe. My first year in Rolla I had at least one a week. You really don't want to undermix or overcook it. Like, really really don't want to.

    Also, picture related.
